If you are interested in joining the house for the 2011 summer season, please contact the house board members Alex Tsurikov and Mike Easby (fhgb211@gmail.com). House board members can answer any questions about the house.
2010 season is from 14 May 2010 to 26 September 2010, including all holidays, ~20 weeks total. The house has only full access shares $1075 which allow you full anytime access to the house (accept full time residency). No weekend selections or advanced signups are required. Members just need to respond to a weekly evite.
General Info:
FHGB is one of the prominent houses in Dewey, home of the Duffman, and winners of the 2009 BudLight Sweepstakes!!!! We organize a house BBQ, a beer pong tournament, and host the BudLight beach party.
FHGB is a 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bath, 4-level townhouse right on the bay and about 100 yards from the beach. The house is fully furnished: flat screen TV, Wii, multiple fridges, cable and internet service, washer/dryer, A/C and a Bud Light sponsorship, weekly maid service - the works.
Membership fee includes basic house necessites like a watercooler filled with SweeTeaVodka and other non essentials like laundry detergent, paper products, cleaning supplies, etc.
How to Join:
To make sure both sides are a good fit for the house all new members have to come out and meet at least one house manager at one of the happy hour posted on the website. If you have a group we dont have to meet everyone but would like to meet at least half of the group. If you decide to join please keep in mind that only a payment reserves your spot at the house.
